Self Motivation

Self Motivation for achieving goalTo achieve goals, one should get motivated. Motivation can be from others or self. Try these tips how to be self motivated to achieve a goal.

1.Vision :
Vision is the vital role for self motivation and to achieve the goal. Find out what is your vision and make a plan.

2.Be specific about your goal:
What are you going to achieve? In how many months or years you need to achieve? What are the things you are going to sacrifice or pay for it? First answer these questions then only you will be able to set your goal in a realistic way.

3.Believe yourself:
If you not believing that you are going to achieve the goal, then who else going to believe you? So believe yourself first. Always you should say "I CAN".

4.Confident:
Confident is the fuel for motivation. Without confident, whatever your steps, that will not be a complete process. So take away all your fears and move towards forward with full confident.

5.Criticism:
To avoid criticism, say nothing, do nothing, be nothing' . This is the best sentence to handle criticism. This world will criticize whatever you do. So do not react for criticism. Whatever the criticism, try to change it as positive. This will help you to motivate still more.

6.Responsibility:

Don't be a one of the person in a crowd. Be different. Take responsibilities. Initiate the actions. Because here only the competition is less.

7.Celebrate small achievements:
1000 miles start from a single step. So celebrate small achievement. It will boost your confident level and it will take through the next level for success.

8.Dream:
Dream is not the one which comes during sleep. In terms of success, dream always about the achievement. Goals are dreams with deadline. So fix the deadline for your dream and plan accordingly.

9.Today not tomorrow:
Whatever you planned for achieving the goal, start today. Don't postponed for tomorrow. Because that may change the result. Today is the best day. Start today.

10.Price for your achievement:
To achieve success, you have to decide what price you want to pay for it. Here price is not the money. Price means the thing you loved most in this world. You have to sacrifice for sometime till you achieve the goal.

11.Fix deadline:
Without deadline, whatever you plan, you work, you dream all will come to an end negatively. So fix a deadline to achieve the goal.

12. Consistent and Persistent:
Towards your journey to achieve your goal, be consistent and persistent. This will help you to travel towards your success in a better way.

Conclusion:
If you block or put any obstacle before an ant, that ant will not stop the journey. It will look for any possible way to march towards its target. We may have many obstacles in our life, but we should not give up. We have to motivate ourself and continue our journey towards success. Also note that Success is not end , it is a journey.

Six Important Areas of Readiness for Facing Job Interview

Preparation is key:
Companies expect today's applicants to be ready for the interview—ready for the tough questions and ready to ask a few tough questions of their own. Sitting passively in an interview does not make for success. There is a lot of work to be done, and when an interview is on the horizon, you have two choices:

1. You can agonize and get stressed.

2. Or, you can organize and get prepared.

Tip for Interview:
Don't wait until you land an interview to begin preparing for it. Instead, start your interview preparations as soon as you begin your job search. Give yourself the time you need to do a thorough job.

The Six Areas of Readiness:-

A wise job seeker should cover six critical areas of preparation before any job interview. Getting familiar with these six areas helps to ensure success and lessen stress.

1. Know Yourselff:-
We all feel perfectly confident that we know ourselves quite well—until it comes to time to present ourselves in the concise and targeted format of a job interview. The ability to do this takes examination of our background, skills, accomplishments, and goals. It also takes a lot of practice and an occasional reevaluation.

2. Know What You Need:-
Part of your self examination should focus not on what you have offer the company, but on what you want the company to offer you. Before an interview, you need to know your interests, your values, your career goals, and your salary requirements. Deciding these things during the interview or after the interview is too late.

3. Know How to Look the Part:-
The image you present when you walk through the interviewer's door, for better or worse plays a large part in the hiring manager's decision-making process. Like it or not, you must work on your self-presentation so that only the best shines through.

4. Know the Company:-
This, at least, is an easier task than it used to be, now that so much information is available via computer. If you go into an interview without having learned about the company with which you're talking, you're likely to leave the interview with a red face and no offer.

5. Know the Interviewing Game:-
Winning sports teams take care to explore their opponent's strategies before each game. The interview process can be explored in the same way. What does the interviewer want to get from you in the interview? What tactics will be used to get it?

6. Know How to Answer and Ask the Right Questions:-
Few job interviews have taken places that have not involved a question-and-answer period, with both interviewer and interviewee actively engaged. Yet many job seekers unwisely approach the interview without having prepared answers to some of the most common interview questions. The results? A lot of stumbling, stammering, faltering, and certainly, regret. As you read the lessons that follow, you will become thoroughly prepared in all six of the interview readiness areas.

Key rules to be followed in any interview to ensure success

Key rules to be followed in any interview to ensure success

1.Find out everything you can about the company you are going to working for.
You can get this from their website. Learn about everything from their customers
to their mission and vision statement. Find out their goals and include
your goals into that.

2.Go through the job nature thoroughly. Highlight your own strengths and try to
correlate it in some way related to the position you are applying. Say about your
previous job where you successfully completed some objectives which are going
to be in your new job.

3.Make sure you dress professionally, but do not dress in such a way it appears
as show off.

4.Ensure you reach the venue early, so that there is plenty of time to fill out
the application forms. See that you arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of the
scheduled time.

5.Wish your interviewer with a pleasant smile and maintain rapport with the interviewer
throughout the progress of the interview. Be cool at the same time with full energy.

6.Express real interest to meet the people in the new job and the responsibilities
you are going to undertake.

7.Most jobs need analytical skills and the ability to cope up pressure. Try talking
about a particular problem you faced in your previous job and how you solved it.

8.Decide before some questions to ask at the end of the interview. Let the interview
process get over and then wait for the interviewer to ask you if you have got any
questions.

9.In an interview, if you are asked something that makes you feel uncomfortable,
politely ask them why they would like to know that. Employers have got no rights
to ask any question that are too personal or would embarrass the candidate in any way.

10.Main thing that people often forget is to make sure they follow up after the
interview. A short thank you from the depth of your heart can help to keep your
name at the top candidates list for the job.

Hobby is something which you will do only if get bored or when you have ample amount of time. But passion is different. You will invest your time in your passion without knowing that you are spending so much time in it. The motive of your passion will be not to earn money out of it but to satisfy yourself and have fun working with it. Many of the people in this world know what their passion is but they misunderstood that it is their hobby.
The main reason for such misunderstandings are because someone from his family or some of his close friend might have appreciated his work and told him that he have a good hobby. Some even tell that nobody could survive in this world by doing his hobby all the time. At the extreme case, somebody might even say "Even your hobby will get your bored". All that they say are correct only if they are in your position. But think wise, they are not in your position. Only you are in your position. The final decision should be made only by you, only from your heart.

Profession:

Profession is something which you do to make a living out of it. You will be earning from what you are doing as a profession. This may be your passion or something other than the passion. But when you take your passion as your profession, you will be happy to do your work and also you will make a living out of it. Keeping your passion as your profession may seem tougher initially, but after some time you will not regret for taking your passion as your profession. Since, you will start earning from your profession, you will be spending a lot of time of your life in doing it. You will gain skills in your profession with the experience. You can also take something as your profession even when some other thing is your passion. But be sure that your are enjoying your profession like how you enjoy your passion. If you enjoy your profession then definitely you will be having two passions.

How to find your passion?

Many of you might have discovered what is your passion. Somebody may not. If you have not discovered your passion, here are a few keypoints that may help you to find your passion. Ask these questions to yourselves again and again over a period of time. Definitely you will find your passion from it.

1. Sit somewhere where you wont be get disturbed. Don't take your mobile phones, ipods or any other entertaining devices. Spend some time alone.

2. Think of yourselves. What will you be doing when you have ample amount of free time?

3. There may be a lot of ideas striking your mind like "I will be bi-cycling if i have enough time or I will be painting my dream house or I will be swimming or I will be driving or I will be trekking or I will be playing and so on.

4. Observe the one thing that you will be doing again and again. whatever it is, that's your passion.

5. Do this thing again and again over a period of time. And if every time, you get the same thought that you have considered as your passion then it is
confirmed for sure.

Taking your decision:

This is the most toughest part of all. Now you know what is your passion. But you might have got proper education in some other
field. You might not have got a proper education related to your passion. So, your friends, parents and relatives will tell you to keep your passion as just a hobby and start your career in which you have got a degree or something like that. This happens in most of the homes. when you have found your passion, try to get some proper education or a degree certificate related to your passion. So that you can have an educational background in your passion as well. Work hard with your passion.
The most common mistake committed by majority of the people is that they lose their confidence right before a few minutes of their sucessful life. When you take your passion as your goal in life, the only thing that will support you throughout your life is your immense strengh and confidence. If you lose it, then nobody can help you. Whatever happens, dont lose your confidence. Give a hard shot. Definitely you will reach success. You will reach success in a slow and steady manner only. Within a night, you cannot achieve something great. Don't hear other people's comments on you. Think what you are worthy for? Of course, you can share your thoughts with friends, family and relatives. But the decision you take should be taken entirely by you. Your decision should not be based on others comments. When you go with your decision, you will get a lot of critics still you have to leave them unheard and go straight on your path. Right after when you reach your success, everybody will change their views on you.

Trust yourself and take your own decision. Do what you love and love what you do.
Good luck guys.
